Legal right to a cooling-off period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Because you don't like the product anyway, or maybe there's another reason why you wouldn't want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to place your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason cancelling.
You have after cancellation, another 14 days to return your product. you will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

We will then pay the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return refund provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Should it product damaged or the packaging more damaged are than necessary to try the product, then we can depreciation paon the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.

Products you buy that have a limited shelf life have been able to not returned become. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is thus final after successful payment.
