Close up of tired guy

Overtired and low resistance?

Being tired and having a low immune system: it is a complaint that
we all know  too well. While you're eating “healthy”, 300 grams of vegetables a day.
Is that close to what you eat every day? And even better: what would you need?

YOU'RE EATING HEALTHY, RIGHT?

Our body is only as good as our food

95% of our food comes from and from the soil. The soil therefore plays a central role and is also screwed. One third of the soil has been degraded. Due to the physical destruction of the soil, due to the decline of organic matter in the soil, such as frequent plowing, due to all changes and disturbances, due to erosion, soil sealing, soil pollution, soil oppression, life underground is becoming increasingly killer.

On its SMPLs: impoverished, mineral-poor soil is less able to retain nutrients. Due to the absence of vital soil life, nutrients can be difficult to digest and absorb by plants.

The result: our vegetables are a bunch of empty shells.
Do you still cry over an onion?
Endive, kale and eggplant? Do you remember how many nutrients there are in it?

Our physical body is only as good as our food. Our food is only as good as the soil. What isn't in the soil isn't in our food.

The complicated journey of our food

Soil is absolutely critical to the quality of our food. But then we haven't talked about transport and storage to keep fruit and vegetables longer.
Where roughly fifty years ago we only ate seasonal crops, we now have access to every imaginable fruit or vegetable in the world all year round.
The fruit comes from all over the world. Bananas, oranges, avocados, ginger and limes. Pulled by what they 'ingredient outsourcing specialists' mentions. Men and women who know where to get the cheapest ingredients in the world. Also from the Netherlands, of course, and European countries.

As soon as a plant or fruit is pulled out of the ground, often before it is ripe - otherwise it won't survive the journey - it loses value. And then often undergoes some processing to keep it sustainable with 'mild' preservation methods. Healthy juices are cold pressed under high pressure and sometimes with FMP, Fresh Micro Pulses. That is treating juices with high-voltage pulses. Without 'noticeable' loss of quality.

Superficially, it seems that we have made enormous progress, but appearances can be deceiving. Admittedly, everyone can buy perfect-looking fruit and vegetables these days. Often pre-cut in a pouch.
But what value is still in it?
Geigy, a pharmaceutical company now called Novartis, conducted nutritional research in 1975, 1996 and 2002. You can find the table on our blog page.

Processed food, our processed food

THE INDUSTRIAL KITCHEN

Encouraged by discerning consumers, who no longer have the time, desire and/or ability to make their own food, the food industry has developed a range of ready-to-eat meals and semi-finished products. Convenience serves people, isn't it?

What we may not realize is that preparing food industrially is nothing like making a meal in a regular home kitchen.
For starters, it happens at much higher temperatures and under much higher pressure than we are used to at home. As a result, the low nutritional value is declining even further. Because of these high temperatures and pressures, complications all arise that must be combated with what is called “food technologies”: adding chemicals to keep the production process efficient and therefore cheap to spice up the end product. Synthetic ingredients and additives and aromas so that we at least have the idea that we are eating something similar to what we could have prepared ourselves. Very useful for producers. But what we're getting from it remains a question of conscience.

Do you understand better why you are so tired?

Our living environment

A toxic world

Since the rise of the chemical industry, our living environment has slowly but surely become polluted with all kinds of unnatural substances that eventually accumulate in the human body. Because of the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat.

Since the Second World War, the chemical industry has developed more than 80,000 different synthetic substances that are found in many products that we use every day. 'Production agents', all 'safe' in themselves, but we don't know what a daily accumulation does. They damage the body and make us tired and weak little by little.

All those added substances are an extra burden on the body and can cause the necessary damage in the long term.
You're going to have to help your body out. You have to work out the unwanted guests. Every day.

Fortunately, the membrane of our cells is super-intelligent.
The membrane can be compared to a kind of gateway to a city. The gate lets in and out what it takes for the city to function and survive. If the gate is closed, the city will eventually deteriorate.

Be the mayor of your own body.
You have to kick the hooligans out. Every day, any time.

You don't want 'rust' in your cells

CHRONIC STRESS

Our lifestyle doesn't really help you stay healthy either. We work our ass off and sleep less. While a good and deep sleep is so essential to living long. We're drinking more alcohol. Women between the ages of 35-50 easily drink 8 glasses a week. And what do you think about medication? Anti-depressants, chronic medications.

Occasional stress isn't a bad thing. The body neutralises and removes free radicals. In the case of chronic stress, it becomes too much for the body and these reactive substances can do their harmful work unhindered.
In layman's terms: 'rust' on the cells. And that is not good.

Because even a healthy body has trouble neutralizing and removing a constant attack of highly reactive substances caused by stress, lifestyle and malnutrition. Even with a healthy diet, it is very difficult to get enough antioxidants.

Just like we brush our teeth every day these days, we can't escape detoxifying the body every day.
Luckily, we have a natural easy solution to get all the minerals you need and help your body rid itself of toxins. SMPL72 is able to bind and remove harmful substances.
