Don’t be fooled by your organic cauliflower
A shocking study by the Antidote Foundation reveals that even the most environmentally conscious people are full of harmful substances such as BPA and DEHP.
If you want to stay positive, you shouldn't read the newspaper... I read a while ago in the Dutch newspaper Trouw that even if you have a healthy lifestyle, it doesn't necessarily prevent you from ingesting toxins. A story by the Antidote Foundation. Fourteen “green” people who were very conscious were examined for a week. Then we looked at how many harmful substances they had collected. Well, you guessed it, not good news.
The number of substances found in the participants included Bisphenol A (BPA, a plastic hardener) and DEHP (a plastic plasticizer).
These substances are on the European Chemicals Agency's list of Very High Concerns. Not to mention the combination with other substances that can result in a dangerous cocktail.
Research into this is very difficult, because there are no test subjects who are still
have not been affected. After all, there is no comparative material.
So your beans from your local farm stand ,your organic cauliflower, or your raw milk or coconut milk from the supermarket in question, do not prevent you from getting toxins into your body Lidwien.
Much more than before. “When babies are born, there are already 200 different chemicals in their bodies.”
I understand that these kinds of messages only add to the confusion about our environment and food. And I understand that people hide behind buying good food and think they're doing well with it.
But you're really going to have to take a much more drastic approach.
Don’t be fooled by your organic cauliflower. (Although, of course, this prevents you from ingesting fewer pesticides)
My intuition has been saying for years that you should detox every day
Simplistic logic perhaps.
I see the need to detox just like brushing my teeth.
Removing plaque every day prevents your teeth from rotting out your mouth.
The same goes for removing toxins from your body.
Especially with substances that don't belong there at all.
Which were never in the human body. Only this century have come into the human body. Because of our (petro) chemical industry.
Those substances have to come out. Every day, and now..
If your body and limbs are nice to you, of course. Maybe you don't want that at all.
But if you do want that, you ask yourself:
HOW THEN? Like me, you may not see the forest for the trees.
So what is a high-quality solution?
And then again: What can you trust?
I get those questions.
Because the market is overcrowded with products. And full of promises.
I've also had an enormous quest in the same past few years.
And I ended up with a product, plant minerals based on fulvic acid, simple to use and pure nature. From a time when the earth was still just green green green.
Because how does it work with those minerals? Minerals are a transport molecule. They are able to bind nutrients and enter the cell directly. And they are ALSO capable of disposing of waste. That's why I called minerals the Mailman and the Garbage Man. Two for the price of one.
Minerals are the Magic Motors in your body.
Tiny microelements and trace elements that to the heavy lifting, the important work. Elements that are often missing in our food. I'll explain that too.
Research by the Antidote Foundation tells us once again that we should let the mailman come by every day.
And having to empty the bin every day.
Because just like in the kitchen, a garbage bin that isn't emptied stinks and rots.
